Vintage sizes
It has often happened to me that I - currently a solid M - tried on a vintage blouse in size 44 and it fit perfectly! What? Vintage sizes are actually often different than today's sizes!

In order to avoid confusion, I have not explicitly photographed the size labels on the garments, if any. The size I estimated applies. But here too, of course, it depends on whether you prefer to wear the blouse loose or tight. Difficult...
So as an additional help: The doll I use for the photos is size S/M (women) and can definitely help you decide whether something fits or not.
And, as mentioned at the beginning, I'm wearing size M, should I ever be seen in a photo :-)
For trousers, skirts and dresses, I then listed measurements in addition to the estimated size
