Here I am happy to answer the most frequently asked questions about orders from Zuerich Vintage
- Which countries are delivered to?
Deliveries are made to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, i.e. Inhland, but also to Europe. You can also find detailed information about this under “Shipping information”.
- When will I receive my item?
Processing time usually takes 2 to 3 business days. The verandah is then done.
Domestic shipping (including Liechtenstein) is carried out with B-Post or PostPac Economy.
Shipping times then vary depending on the country. You can find a detailed answer to this under “Shipping information”.
If you do not receive the item within this time and there is no public holiday, please contact me. Sometimes the mail actually just takes a little longer and on rare occasions it is even faster.
- How much does the shipping cost?
- Can I also return an item?
Yes that works. Please see “Right of Withdrawal”.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact support@zuerichvintage.ch immediately.
- What payment methods are offered?
The payment methods are displayed at the bottom of the homepage.
- Is payment in installments possible?
No, payment in installments is not possible.
- Is there a discount if I buy multiple items?
For orders in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery is free for orders over CHF 100.
For orders to Europe, delivery is free for orders over CHF 300.
- Can you also pick up the item in Zurich?
The items are currently only being shipped and cannot be picked up in Zurich.
- Is there a shop in Zurich?
No, I currently only offer online.
- Are there any more photos for the article?
I always try to do the article justice and upload as many photos as necessary to get the most accurate picture possible. Therefore, no further photos are provided.
But please take a look at my Instagram account (www.instagram.com/zuerichvintage), where I wear a lot of clothing from the shop.
- I ordered an item in a different size than what is shown on the label.
That is quite possible. Vintage sizes no longer correspond to today's sizes. Please see “Vintage Sizes”.
- I'm not sure if the item of clothing will fit me, what can I do?
You can contact me at any time and ask for further measurements.
- Are all products only available once?
Here on Zuerich Vintage, all products are only available once.
- I'm looking for something specific that I can't find here. Can you get it for me?
Not all goods can be found immediately on the website. You may also find things you might like under the “Men” category. Otherwise, feel free to let me know your concerns and I'll keep my eyes open for you.
- Are there clothes for men too?
- Why are there so few items of clothing for men?
I am aware that my vintage range for men can still be expanded. In fact, I don't find that many vintage men's clothes on my trips, but I'm working on it, I promise!
- Do you also buy vintage pieces?
No, I don't buy from private individuals.
- Is exchange possible?
No, exchange is not possible.
- Is Zuerich Vintage interested in collaborating?

No, installment payment is not possible.

Currently, items are only shipped and cannot be picked up in Zurich.

- Are all products unique?
Yes, here at Zuerich Vintage, all products are one-of-a-kind.
- I'm looking for something specific that I can't find here. Can you source it for me?
Not all items are immediately available on the website. You might also find items you like under the "Men" category. Otherwise, feel free to share your request, and I'll keep an eye out for you.
- Do you offer clothing for men?
Yes, please check the "Men" section in the menu.
- Why are there fewer clothing items for men?
I'm aware that my vintage collection for men is still expandable. In fact, I don't come across as many vintage clothing items for men during my trips, but I'm working on it, promise!
- Do you buy vintage pieces from individuals?
No, I don't purchase vintage pieces from private individuals.
- Is exchanging items possible?
No, item exchanges are not possible.
- Is Zuerich Vintage open to collaborations?
